| The purchase of the land has been completed. Architecture blueprints were done by local and foreign architecture companies and edited by a company in the United States. They are fully completed as well.
Geographic studies of the land have been completed.
Specification books for contractor bidding will be done shortly so hopefully ground breaking will be done late spring or early summer of 2007.
